Australians all let us rejoice, for the 48hr Game Making Challenge has turned ten! This marks the milestone of being the longest running Game-Jam in the country, a milestone that Handsome Dragon Games have the pleasure of taking part in.
The 48hr Game Making Challenge is held at QUT (Queensland University of Technology), Kelvin Grove, Brisbane, running from the 30th of September to the 2nd of October 2016. Keeping with tradition, the event uses three keywords for teams to turn into a functioning game, this year the keywords are LOVE, POWER and SURPRISE.
Jack Kuskoff – Game Design
Corey Underdown – Programming
Callan Syratt – UI Programmer
Lauren Bearkley – Art and Animation
Sam McLean – Composition and Sound Design
42 HOURS REMAIN!
We have our keywords and have settled on an idea for our game, now we need to get moving on making the product. Currently, we have 42 hours left so I will keep you updated on the progress, for now, it’s time to get creative!
